How do I add links into a Relsash canvas?

Click on the Apps icon and select 'File Links'. Add the link and its title. Once you're done, it'll show up on the canvas. You can drag the icon anywhere on the canvas.
Hover on top of the icon. You'll see options to edit or delete the icon.
