I can’t hear or see specific people

If you can’t see people far from you, it’s by design. You can see and hear people near you. If people are within your proximity and you can’t see specific people, it’s probably because they have their cameras turned off. Just ask them to turn it on :)

If you can’t hear specific people and they are not on mute, they either have a bad internet connection or haven’t set up the microphone properly.

Ask them to click on the lock icon next to the address bar and make sure they’ve given Reslash microphone permissions. Once they allow, ask them to refresh.
