Check your output device on your computer. Make sure it is the right one.
If that’s as expected, there’s either an internet connection problem or the person next to you has audio issues.
Make sure you’re in an area with a decent connection. If that isn’t a problem, you can let them know by talking to them.
If you think they can’t hear you either, you can use the chat feature to let them know.
