I can’t see people within my room

First, check if there are any people in the room. You’ll see how many people are in the room to the right side of the room name. Make sure that is not zero.

If that is not zero, make sure you are not zoomed in. Go back to the canvas and use either ‘+/-’ or scroll to make sure you’re completely zoomed out. 

If you still don’t see anyone, click on the empty canvas and drag it in all directions to see if there are people around.
