If nobody can hear you and you're not on mute, then either you have a bad internet connection or haven’t set up the microphone properly.
Click on the lock icon next to the address bar and make sure you’ve given Reslash microphone permissions. Once you allow, please refresh.
If this doesn't fix it, open the triple-dot menu of your room and click on voice and video settings. Please make sure you've the right microphone selected.
